Do you sell clones in my state?
You can see if Clones Marketplace sells clones in your state by going to Products > Select State. If you do not see your state, please contact us and our Customer Support team can verify for you.
How can I change my order Delivery Date after submitting a Pre-order?
If you wish to change your delivery date, please contact our Customer Support team via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (510) 496-4610 to assist you right away. You may change your delivery date at no additional charge, if it’s done at least 10 days before the initial scheduled date. Otherwise, your order gets forfeited and no refund is available. You may always contact us if you wish to discuss the situation or have questions regarding this company policy.
Can I get products delivered?
Yes! When you pre-order, you have the option to either have the products delivered to the address desired or pick up your order. Free delivery is available for purchases of 1000+ clones, otherwise an additional delivery fee is applied. If you wish to pick up, please see below.
Where can I pick up my order?
If you choose to pick up, you will receive the address of a Clones Marketplace distributor located within your state at least 12 days before your delivery date. If you decide to change delivery option from “pick up” to “delivery,” please note you must do so at least 10 days before your delivery date. Otherwise, your order will be forfeited without refund of the purchase order.
How can I request a list of available genetics without going through the list of products on the site?
You may request a list of available genetics by contacting our Customer Support directly at email@example.com, by phone at (510) 496-4610, or submitting your contact info through our Contact Us page. Our team is more than happy to provide you the list in the form most convenient to you.
I don’t see the product that I am looking for. Now what?
If you don’t see the product you are searching for within our selection of products, please reach out to us through our contact us page and let us know what you need. Our team will do our best to assist you.
Can delivery be on the same day?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery of products on the same day of your purchase because our Vendors need at least 2 weeks to beginning the cloning process. However, if you have an immediate need for a particular product, please contact us through our Contact Us page and let us know what you need. We can circulate your request within our network of clone growers and see if we can assist you.
